Thoughout the years we have developed repair processes with class society approvals in order to meet the increased demand for cost reduction and enviromental sustainability. Further we have adopted to the increased demand from our client and developed an extensive exchange program with turbocharger parts and components - Reducing costs and increasing response time.
Fuel injection systems
Awareness of enviromental sustainability bring the focus to the fuel injections system by performance optimizing and making sure that the systems trimmed at all times. We have developed repair method enabling us to recondition plunger & barrel (Pumpelements) for most engines types and makes - within four and two stroke applications. We presently have within our reconditioning program more than 550 different systems. By reconditioning we gain a reduced operation cost on behalf our clients, and recycle existing components specificly adjusted to the fueltype and application where used.
Electronic indicators
As per IMO (International Maritime Organization) regulations the vessel are liable to have their engine applications trimmed and adjusted at all times. With the electronic indicators we have provided the end users with a tool to make their conformance easier - on a day to day basis. By measuring and the following analysis of results the crews have a state of the art tool to ensure continued IMO complieance.

The latest solution of LEHMANN & MICHELS for measuring the effective power of a Diesel engine is our measuring system LEMAG Shaftpower®.
During the development of the system we have focussed our efforts especially on easy maintenance and installation, accuracy and price. Those who know LEMAG and their other products know that we always try to find a solution to any problem avoiding any compromises.
The result is a measuring system which is maintenance free and can be installed within shortest time and with very limited manpower.

Electronic crankshaft deflection indicators
The DI-5 & DI-5 C electronic deflection indicators is the latest innovation in crankshaft deflection measurement. Originally the measurement was made by using a mechanical micrometer dial. This was time consuming, risky, unpleasant and dirty and a consequence these tasks were often avoided, increasing the risk of an engine break-down. The introduction of electronic deflection indicators has made the task simpler, more effective and the measurement results more accurate.
