The reconditioning procedure
Scandic Diesel Services representing PJ Diesel who started the reconditioning process with the production of a new oversize plunger and honing of the barrels. The plungers is hardened under the same procedures as new original produced plungers. The small difference in diameter once the honing procedure is completed, is almost non-measurable.
The fuel valves were lapped on all sealing surfaces and the nozzle renewed if possible - in some cases the supply was not possible and reconditioning of the nozzles were required in order to comply with owners requirements and demand. This was done by replacing the needle, machining and lapping of the seats. All injection holes were then indicated, of course only if the repair was possible and injector holes not burned beyond repair.

Single fuel pumps
We conduct repair of fuel pumps both partially and complete, depending of clients requests. All gaskets and o-ring are available ex stock. After completion of repairs, all pumpes are tested and calibrated according to report - ready to install...
Inline fuel pumps
We conduct full repair of all inline fuel pumps complete. Fuel pumps are reconditioned according to clients requested, however to a minimum requirement in order to hold valid warranty. All fuelpumps are then calibrated and adjusted in testbench. We can test inline fuel pumps with plunger diameter up to 32 mm
Plunger & barrels
We offer reconditioning of all types and sizes of fuel equipment.
Plungers and barrels for four-stroke and two-stroke engines are reconditioned with new oversize plungers and new seals.
All plungers and barrels are reconditioned with new oversize plungers, which we manufacture with PJ Diesel Engineering A/S.
We presently have more than 500 different types in our program, covering most of the engine types and make in the world.
All plungers are manufactured inhouse, thereby enabling us to provide our clients with very fast response on both exchange parts as well as reconditioning.
Fuel injectors
We recondition all types of fuel valves for both two- and fourstroke engines.
All fuel valves are registered into our quality assurance system with numbers and test results from our automatic testbench.

The atomizing is monitored during the test procedure.
We carry out overhaul of all types of fuel valves. We have sample pictures of reconditioned fuel valves to the right.
