This unit tests fuel injectors from traditional 2- & 4-stroke engines. The VPUD 1100.2 features a precise digital read-out (± 1 bar) and a separate display for data collection (opening/venting pressure). This single unit can be used to test all fuel-injection valves and most engine safety valves onboard a vessel.

The VPUD 1100.2 can be delivered an optional slide-valve protection system (Patent Pending) for correct testing of MAN B&W Diesel Slide Fuel Valves and it also has ttwo different discharge capacities available which makes it suitable for both small and large fuel injector valves.

The unit is compatible with valves from MAN Diesel, Sulzer, Wärtsilä and others, and is the solution Wärtsilä specify for their RTA engines.
