Radial nozzlering repairs
Damaged or eroded nozzle rings for axial and radial turbo chargers are mostly repairable/reconditionable at a lower cost than buying new ones, depending on basic material specification.
All blades and nozzle rings are checked thoroughly for cracks before and after repair.
Full repair report are then issued.
The pictures are taken during proces.:
- Cleaning, blasting and inspection
Repair by welding
- Machining back to original standard
Cartridges
We have specialized in repair and reconditioning of cartridges for MAN and NAPIER radial turbochargers and have an extensive stock holding available parts.
We prefer to recondition, where possible, and all parts are carefully inspected after cleaning. If parts are found to be within allowed limits, they are reused following assembly.
